Job Summary

This Senior Technician role, based in Weimar, is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a leading European IT service provider, offering the potential for direct client takeover. The successful candidate will be an experienced technical specialist responsible for comprehensive hardware and software support. Key daily tasks include HW-Break Fix for both standard and specialized devices, analyzing and correcting errors on Non-Office PCs, and proactive maintenance such as patch management and AV updates on standalone equipment. You will also handle IMAC/D requests, create and maintain service documentation, and coordinate directly with specialized equipment manufacturers. The position requires a completed technical education, several years of relevant professional experience, and strong German proficiency. Mobility is essential, as the role involves supporting required locations like Bitterfeld and Jena, utilizing a company pool vehicle.
