Job Summary
The Financial Administration of North Rhine-Westphalia is seeking a reliable Network Administration Specialist to manage and support its extensive IT infrastructure. This role involves the planning, construction, and ongoing maintenance of various networks, including LAN, WAN, and WLAN. Key daily tasks include the complete conversion of local networks, comprehensive rollout planning for new components, and the configuration of network hardware such as switches and routers. The specialist is also responsible for analyzing and resolving network disruptions and processing service requests, collaborating closely with software development and IT operations teams. Candidates must hold a university degree (FH, Bachelor, or Diploma) in an IT-related field, or demonstrate equivalent capabilities through multi-year professional experience.
