Job Summary
This role involves acting as a specialist for the electrical maintenance and support of critical IT structures, primarily focusing on Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems within the North Rhine-Westphalia tax administration. Day-to-day tasks include participating in the electrical planning, acceptance, and ongoing control of UPS systems and local networks, performing regular electrical safety inspections (DGUV-V3), and analyzing and resolving malfunctions in collaboration with technical departments. The ideal candidate possesses a degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering and professional experience in areas like energy technology or automation. Required Skills
Education
University of Applied Sciences, Bachelor's, or Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications and relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Several years of practical experience in at least two of the following areas: Energy Technology, Automation Technology, Communications Technology, Electronic Device Technology, Electrical Measurement and Control Technology, Technical Informatics, Theoretical Electrical Engineering, or Working Under Voltage on Electrical Systems (AuS)
- Experience with Windows Server (Advantageous)
- Experience with Linux Server (Advantageous)
- Experience with Virtualization Technologies (e.g., VMware) (Advantageous)
- Experience in User Support (Advantageous)
- Experience working in agile teams (Ideal)

- Valid Class B driver's license required due to necessary business travel; Willingness to travel within the Münsterland / Ruhrgebiet / Sauerland and Siegerland regions; Assignment to the Marl Tax Office (Finanzamt Marl) or one of the supported offices.
