Job Summary

This role requires an experienced HR Digital Solution Expert to drive strategic digitalization initiatives for one of Europe's largest bank IT service providers. You will manage the entire lifecycle of HR digital projects, encompassing the analysis of existing processes, selection of appropriate systems, and successful implementation of modern HR solutions. A key part of the job involves acting as the technical subject matter expert for SAP HCM, collaborating closely with the IT department and external service providers, and coordinating complex digitalization efforts. The ideal candidate must monitor relevant HR-Tech trends and continuously introduce innovative impulses to advance the digital HR landscape. Qualifications include a university degree in HR or Business Informatics and typically six or more years of relevant professional experience, coupled with deep expertise in SAP HCM modules (PA, PT, OM, PY) and HR process optimization.
