Job Summary

This role is situated within one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers, driving digitalization for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The Process Manager will be instrumental in the continuous development of the PMOplus organization, encompassing both classical and agile methodologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating technical and regulatory requirements with specialist departments, designing, modeling, and planning new processes and solutions, and serving as the central point of contact and support for project teams. The position also involves organizing and leading PM-Quality Control committees and supporting internal training initiatives. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Informatics or equivalent, coupled with 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proven expertise in certified classical and agile project management.
