Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated UI Developer to join the Comprehensive Banking and Risk Control division of one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers. The primary focus is the maintenance and ongoing development of an application-spanning UI framework, ensuring the digital banking services remain powerful and compliant with evolving banking supervisory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering UI framework requirements using JIRA, implementing these requirements primarily using Java and TypeScript based on Spring Boot and React, and developing new application surfaces. The developer will also act as the technical point of contact for the supported application, manage test activities including test automation, and handle 2nd and 3rd level support inquiries from internal and external customers. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and strong programming experience in Java, TypeScript, and SQL, ideally complemented by practical knowledge of React, Spring Batch, and DevOps tools like Maven, Git, and Jenkins.
