Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading the Quality Management System (QMS) within a process engineering context. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous development and management of the QMS, ensuring all products strictly comply with legal requirements and specific customer standards. Key daily activities include leading and preparing for audits, specifically against the ISO 9001 standard. Furthermore, the Head of Quality Control will conduct root cause analyses for any quality deviations and implement effective corrective actions. A critical component of the role is the leadership, development, and coaching of the dedicated quality team. Candidates must possess a degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Process Engineering, coupled with a minimum of five years of relevant quality assurance experience and deep expertise in quality tools like ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma.
