Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Electrical Engineer to provide essential 2nd-level customer support, ensuring technological solutions operate at peak performance. The core responsibilities involve the analysis and resolution of complex technical faults, delivered both remotely and through on-site service deployments. A key aspect of the job is close collaboration with the Development and Quality Management departments to systematically identify and correct underlying system errors. The engineer will also be responsible for creating and updating critical documentation, including maintenance and repair instructions, and checklists. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and demonstrate fundamental knowledge of network and computer technology, coupled with practical experience in industrial measurement technology and bus systems. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory for effective communication with internal teams and customers.
