Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Requirements Engineer eager to elevate technology solutions for leading IT providers in the automotive sector. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of requirements management, including the design, conceptualization, and monitoring of specifications for complex software and system modules, particularly within Infotainment and Driver Assistance systems. You will analyze existing system specifications, actively contribute to the development of requirement specifications, and manage the entire change management process for new and modified requirements, including developing robust test cases. Success in this position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with fundamental knowledge of Requirements Management in the automotive industry. Extensive experience utilizing development methodologies such as Automotive Spice and the V-Model is essential, alongside familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262) and tools like DOORS or MKS. The position offers a permanent contract, flexibility through mobile working, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, making it ideal for a technically adept professional with fluent German and English skills.
