Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Wind Farm Project Developer responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a project portfolio. Key daily tasks include securing land, commissioning necessary studies, optimizing wind turbine layouts (WEA type analysis), managing the complex permitting and licensing application processes, and handling post-approval procedures. The developer will be crucial in stakeholder management, interacting with landowners, local authorities, and service providers throughout the development cycle. Furthermore, the role involves rigorous project monitoring concerning time, budget, and quality, along with effective risk management and reporting to senior management. Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering, Geography, or Economics, coupled with several years of relevant experience, ideally within the wind or PV sector, and proficiency in GIS and project development methodologies.
