Job Summary

This role seeks a Filling Station Management Engineer responsible for the seamless operation and maintenance of assigned gas filling stations throughout Germany. The successful candidate will take on significant leadership duties, managing a team of up to 40 employees and overseeing deployment planning. Core responsibilities include comprehensive budget planning, cost monitoring, and coordinating all necessary maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities. A crucial aspect of the job involves acting as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies such as TÜV and Dekra regarding operational requirements, necessary permits, and certifications. Candidates must possess a degree in engineering (preferably Chemistry or Energy Technology) or a comparable technical qualification, coupled with proven professional and leadership experience. Expertise in operational safety regulations, particularly explosion protection, is mandatory. The position requires approximately 25% nationwide travel and offers a permanent contract with strong development opportunities.
