Job Summary

This role involves supporting and substituting for technical leadership, focusing on the comprehensive management of maintenance operations within a logistics center. The specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing, monitoring, and controlling all internal and external installation, maintenance, and repair work on technical facilities and operating equipment. A key focus is ensuring the flawless operation of all technical systems while guaranteeing economic efficiency in resource deployment and strict adherence to occupational health and technical safety standards. Candidates should possess a completed technical vocational qualification, preferably a Master Craftsman or Technician certification in Electrical Engineering. Ideal applicants will also bring initial experience in warehouse logistics automation technology and personnel leadership, along with proficiency in standard IT systems and strong negotiation and communication skills.
