Job Summary

This role seeks an Electrical Engineer specializing in Hardware Development and Testing to join a dynamic engineering and IT firm. The primary responsibilities include the design and advancement of systems for digital image acquisition, focusing on analog and digital circuit technology. Day-to-day tasks involve developing embedded hardware, creating detailed schematics, utilizing tools like Altium Designer, reviewing PCB layouts, and ensuring smooth transition of designs into manufacturing. The successful candidate will also provide crucial second-level support to production, quality management, and service teams. Required qualifications include a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, coupled with professional experience in developing complex analog and digital circuits utilizing FPGAs, microcontrollers, and memory ICs. Expertise in creating schematics for complex PCB designs, incorporating high-speed signal integrity and EMC considerations, is essential. Strong communication skills in both German (B2+) and English are necessary for global project coordination and technical specification with international partners, making this an internationally connected role with opportunities for professional growth.
