Job Summary

This role involves leading and executing comprehensive software testing activities for an international market leader in agricultural and environmental technology based in the Vechta region. The Testing Manager will be responsible for the planning, control, and execution of test activities in demanding IT projects, including developing and implementing robust test strategies, ideally utilizing test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca. Key daily tasks include defining test requirements collaboratively with specialized departments and development teams, performing functional, integration, and regression tests for new introductions and system changes, and analyzing test results to document and track defect resolution. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong practical experience in software testing, and a process-oriented mindset, with an interest in developing expertise in complex system landscapes, potentially including SAP technologies.
