Job Summary

This role seeks a strategic and experienced leader to take on the position of Head of Enterprise Service Management at the company's Gummersbach headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of an eight-person ESM team, driving the strategic development of the department, its services, and the overall ESM system architecture. Key responsibilities include ensuring efficient operational processes, managing the departmental budget, and continuously refining the ESM roadmap. You will act as the primary contact for the ESM platform, overseeing all project implementations and presenting strategy updates to management. To succeed, you must possess a completed STEM degree or equivalent, relevant expertise in Enterprise Service Management, and proven leadership experience, alongside at least three years of professional experience managing external service providers.
