Job Summary
Join FERCHAU and contribute to the innovations of tomorrow as an IT Service Technician. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for users, analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues through a ticketing system. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing problems remotely or on-site, installing and maintaining IT hardware, and updating the IT asset database. You'll support users across all hierarchy levels, ensuring smooth daily IT operations. This position is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in IT support, particularly with end-user devices, who is eager to apply their expertise in a dynamic environment and help drive technology forward.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or retraining in IT, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support
- Practical experience with end-user devices (PCs, notebooks, printers)
- In-depth knowledge of common IT hardware (workstations, peripheral devices)

- Class B driving license required
