Job Summary
This role involves taking overall responsibility for the IT and digitalization landscape of a large social welfare organization, acting as the primary internal interface to an external IT service provider. The IT Administrator will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and commissioning of hardware and software (servers, clients, PCs, laptops, mobile devices, telephony, and network equipment). Key daily tasks include handling support requests, troubleshooting issues both locally and via remote maintenance, and providing training and instruction to employees on new IT systems and applications. The ideal candidate is familiar with server and client systems, digital document management, and proficient in solving problems related to MS Office applications. This position requires a self-reliant and reliable working style, focusing on the strategic development of IT systems in close collaboration with management. The position is offered as a permanent, part-time role (up to 30 hours per week) with flexible hours.
