Job Summary

This role is crucial for maintaining and advancing the entire digital infrastructure of an engaged youth and integration support provider operating across multiple regions. The IT Specialist will be responsible for comprehensive end-device management, including the installation, configuration, repair, and support of laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers. Key tasks also involve ensuring the accessibility and security of the organization's website through web-hosting and content management system maintenance, as well as administering the Office suite, ideally Microsoft 365, including user and license management. You will also provide daily support for disruptions, advise employees, and help stabilize the digital setup through thorough documentation of IT processes. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT qualification, routine experience in hardware support, and a service-oriented approach.
