Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of ensuring smooth and secure operation of Windows client systems through expert software packaging and distribution. The specialist will be responsible for packaging and deploying software across client systems, planning and implementing new client software solutions, including testing, documentation, and rollout. A significant part of the job is managing patch deployment on end devices, focusing on timely distribution of security-relevant updates. Furthermore, the role requires administering and developing the internal ticketing system and providing critical Third-Level Support in coordination with other IT departments. Candidates should possess a background in IT system integration or a comparable qualification, deep knowledge of Windows client systems, and familiarity with deployment tools like PowerShell and Batch/VBS. Experience in license management and Microsoft 365 knowledge are also key requirements for success in this team-oriented, system-relevant position.
