Job Summary
This role involves providing essential technical customer support remotely via video, telephone, and email for a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in high-quality fitness equipment. The successful candidate will manage the complete lifecycle of technical inquiries, including processing warranty claims, repairs, and complaints using a dedicated ticketing system, while ensuring meticulous customer data maintenance. Day-to-day responsibilities also include troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues, coordinating closely with logistics, returns, and support teams, and providing planning and technical assistance to field service technicians. You must possess a completed technical vocational qualification (e.g., Automotive Mechatronics Technician or Electrician) or proven technical affinity in mechanics and electronics. Excellent German communication skills, a strong customer focus, and proficiency in EDV tools are mandatory for success in this international and dynamic Berlin-based team.
