Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious Process Engineer specializing in electronics manufacturing, focusing on optimizing and enhancing production processes. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and improving manufacturing workflows for electronic and mechanical components, ensuring product and process quality by adhering to IPC standards. Key responsibilities include evaluating machine processes such as assembly, soldering, and automated optical inspection, as well as overseeing the introduction of new manufacturing processes. Collaboration with development teams to assess new products and analyzing key performance indicators for continuous improvement are also central to this position. Completed technical degree or technical vocational training with qualification as a Technician or Master
