Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious IT Project Supporter who will be instrumental in connecting people and technologies, ensuring the perfect match for clients by integrating and optimizing IT systems. Day-to-day tasks involve hands-on work such as mounting switches, firewalls, and servers, commissioning IT systems, and performing installations of operating systems, VMware environments, domains, DNS, Active Directory, databases, and application software. A key part of the role also includes thorough testing of all components for completeness and functionality, alongside systematic hardware troubleshooting for various IT equipment. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration, practical experience with Windows and VMware systems, and strong knowledge of complex server/client structures, coupled with a willingness to travel.
