Job Summary
The Senior AI Expert will drive the strategic development and integration of Artificial Intelligence across the bank's value chain, focusing on areas like funding processes, customer service, and internal efficiency. Daily tasks include identifying and prioritizing AI use cases, ensuring technical integration with existing IT systems and data architecture, and collaborating closely with Risk Control to assess model risks and ensure transparency in AI-supported decisions. The role demands strategic positioning of AI within the organization's digitalization strategy, building internal and external networks (with research institutions, other funding bodies), and developing training programs for specialists and management.
