Scientific Sales Support, Cell Manipulation | Biologe (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves acting as the central point of contact for customers and partners within Calibre Scientific's Cell Manipulation team, primarily focusing on internal sales support in Hamburg. Day-to-day activities include advising and assisting with various cell manipulation applications, managing customer and product master data, handling general product inquiries, and addressing complex technical and scientific questions. Key responsibilities also involve maintaining customer data in the CRM system and product data in SAP, as well as qualifying and forwarding sales leads. The ideal candidate possesses a scientific or technical background (B.Sc., M.Sc., Diploma, or equivalent), demonstrated experience in sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in both German and English (ideally C2 level).
