Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical and Building Services Engineer to join an interdisciplinary planning office in Berlin, focusing on construction, technical building equipment (TGA), and architecture. The firm prioritizes climate protection, economic viability, and feasibility across diverse projects, including existing structures and developing innovative operator concepts. Day-to-day tasks involve comprehensive planning and design of electrical systems and technical equipment using 2D and 3D methods (including layouts, schematics, and detailed construction). You will conduct studies, develop energy concepts, and manage all phases of project execution, including tendering, contract awarding, construction supervision, technical controlling, cost tracking, and billing according to German HOAI phases 1-9. Key qualifications include a university degree in Technical Building Services Engineering with an electrical focus, relevant professional experience, and proficiency in industry-standard CAD and TGA calculation software like ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SOLAR-COMPUTER, and Viega Viptool Engineering. Strong organizational skills and fluency in German (B2) or very good English skills are essential for success.
