Job Summary
This strategic role requires a Product Manager to drive the complete lifecycle of active and passive fiber optic technology products, focusing heavily on optical network technologies like FTTx, FTTh, and GPON. Key responsibilities include conducting market analyses, identifying new applications and market potential, defining product specifications, managing pricing/margins, and ensuring technical documentation and quality assurance. The role also involves significant sales enablement, including training the sales team, consulting key customers, and acting as a product expert and brand ambassador at events and trade fairs. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification with deep knowledge in optics and fiber optics. Success requires proven negotiation skills, strong analytical thinking, and fluency in both German and English, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to continuous product optimization.

Experience
- Professional experience in building and developing business segments and underlying structures
- Proven success in product management and planning
