Job Summary
This role involves providing specialized electrotechnical support for critical IT structures within the North Rhine-Westphalia tax administration, focusing heavily on Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. Day-to-day tasks include participating in the planning, acceptance, and continuous monitoring of UPS systems and local networks, conducting regular electrical safety inspections (DGUV-V3), and analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions across the assigned regions (Münsterland/Ruhrgebiet/etc.). You will collaborate closely with software development and IT operations teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent professional experience, coupled with multi-year practice in fields like energy or automation technology. Required Skills
Education
University of Applied Sciences, Bachelor's, or Diploma degree related to Electrical Engineering, or equivalent skills and relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Multi-year practical experience in at least two of the following areas: Energy Technology, Automation Technology, Communications Technology, Electronic Device Technology, Electrical Measurement and Control Technology, Technical Informatics, Theoretical Electrical Engineering, or Working Under Voltage on Electrical Systems (AuS)
- Experience working in agile teams (Ideal)
