Job Summary
This role is for a qualified Civil Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman, preferably with experience in municipal environments, to manage and oversee diverse construction projects focused on underground and infrastructure development. Key responsibilities include supervising construction activities related to road construction, water supply, sewage management, flood protection, and general infrastructure. The technician will be responsible for the independent organization and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to technical and economic targets. This involves close collaboration with external engineering firms and specialized planners, and representing municipal interests to authorities, utility providers, and the public. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in standard office and GIS software, and knowledge of relevant German construction regulations (VOB/HOAI).

Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering or construction supervision
- Experience working within a municipal environment (preferred)
