Job Summary

This role is for a Custom Design Engineer/Technician responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through development to series production, focusing on fittings and valves. The core duties involve acting as the central technical contact, ensuring seamless manufacturing, assembly, and packaging processes while adhering strictly to customer specifications and international standards. You will be instrumental in developing and optimizing construction solutions, creating precise manufacturing documentation for both new developments and variant changes, thereby actively contributing to the product portfolio's evolution. A key component of the job is close collaboration with customers and internal teams to devise innovative solutions for special projects and specific inquiries. The position requires expertise in 3D modeling to produce accurate drafts and manufacturing drawings. Candidates must possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent training, coupled with professional experience in design and new development, and foundational knowledge of critical safety standards like SIL, ATEX, and VD TÜV Wasserstand 100.
