Job Summary

This permanent, full-time position seeks a qualified Mechatronics Technician or Electrician to join a dynamic team focused on machinery assembly and commissioning. The core responsibilities involve the construction and startup of electrical modules and machine control systems, including the precise wiring of electrical installations based on technical schematics and specifications. A significant part of the role includes performing assembly tasks directly on self-propelled working machines. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in Mechatronics, Electrical Installation, or a related field. While professional experience with self-propelled machinery is advantageous, the essential prerequisites include a reliable work ethic, strong teamwork skills, and high commitment. This role offers excellent compensation based on the IGZ collective agreement plus an above-tariff supplement, travel cost reimbursement, flat hierarchies, and a clear path toward permanent employment with the client company.
