Job Summary

This leadership role involves heading the Internal Audit and Anti-Corruption department within the IT Agency of the Hessian Judiciary, which manages approximately 17,000 IT workstations across the state. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conceptualization, planning, execution, and reporting of organizational, process, fraud, and efficiency audits to ensure compliance and goal achievement. A key focus is acting as the central contact person for corruption prevention, conducting risk analyses, and sensitizing staff through preventative measures. Additionally, the role includes senior administrative duties, such as independently handling fundamental administrative law issues, drafting official statements for parliamentary inquiries, and supporting organizational and personnel development initiatives. This position offers an attractive, secure, and permanent role in the public sector with flexible working hours and up to 50% remote work.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor's in Administration, Judiciary, Personnel Management) or equivalent qualification (e.g., Certified Administrative Specialist/Verwaltungsfachwirt)

Experience

  • Experience in personnel management (Advantageous)
  • Experience in general administration and knowledge of administrative procedures and official structures (Advantageous)
  • Practical experience in the described work areas (Ideal)
  • Professional experience in developing and implementing service and procedural instructions
