Job Summary

This is a key leadership role as Plant Manager for BÜFA Chemikalien at their Hude site, overseeing comprehensive site responsibility including manufacturing, maintenance, warehousing, and shipping operations. The core mission involves ensuring reliable operational safety, strict adherence to legal and regulatory compliance, and diligent management of plant security, occupational safety, and environmental protection (EHS). A significant part of the role is driving proactive technical plant development, including the modernization of facilities and external premises. Candidates must possess a degree in Chemistry or Engineering and bring multi-year experience as an Operations or Site Manager, ideally within the Chemical Industry. Success in this position requires strong leadership skills to foster employee development, expertise in cost management and controlling, and a focus on continuous process optimization and efficiency improvement using Lean principles.
