Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic team at QUADRA Energy, focusing on advancing the company within the German renewable energy market through data-driven analysis and optimization of business processes. Key day-to-day tasks include conducting rigorous quantitative analyses to support critical decisions in the energy environment, developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating/optimizing complex forecasting and simulation models for factors like prices and energy generation. You will also be responsible for the efficient implementation, automation, and integration of process chains into existing systems, followed by the clear preparation and visualization of results for management and specialist departments. The ideal candidate must possess a strong academic background or relevant professional experience in the energy sector, coupled with very good skills in Python and SQL, and a passion for translating large datasets into smart predictive models and practical business solutions.
