Job Summary

This leadership role involves the autonomous management and strategic direction of the Energy Supply division, overseeing an annual project volume of approximately 8 million Euros. The Area Manager is responsible for the entire project lifecycle, encompassing technical and commercial evaluation, resource planning (personnel and materials), and final acceptance. Key daily tasks include calculating and preparing complex bids, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring seamless execution of all projects. The successful candidate will lead a diverse team of project managers, site managers, planners, commercial staff, and technicians, while actively building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This position requires a background in electrical engineering and extensive professional experience in project management and control within the energy sector, offering an opportunity to work on innovative, technologically demanding projects with long-term development perspectives.
