Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure and merchandise management processes within a leading German retail group. The specialist will be responsible for comprehensive data management, organizing efficient workflow for commercial processes, and maintaining the operational readiness of PCs and mobile data entry (MDE) devices. A key component of the job is supporting management through active control and evaluation of operational key figures, participating in investment and profit/loss planning, and organizing annual inventory counts. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a commercial qualification focused on IT/Business Informatics, coupled with strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office and SAP systems (including SAP PI), and excellent communication abilities to clearly explain complex technical matters.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification focusing on Work Organization or Controlling; OR completed commercial training focusing on IT, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
