Job Summary

This role involves working as a Materials Tester in Mülheim an der Ruhr, focusing on the independent execution of mechanical-technological and, potentially, non-destructive material testing. Key day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all standard-relevant and occupational safety requirements during testing procedures. The successful candidate will also handle accompanying testing activities such as calibrating testing machines, controlling sample dimensions, and creating/reviewing test controls. Furthermore, the role supports the maintenance of the laboratory accreditation. Necessary qualifications include a completed education as a Materials Tester, specific non-destructive testing certifications (VT2 / UT2 / MT2), and a willingness to work in a 2-shift system. The position offers an attractive hourly wage of €21 to €23, up to 30 vacation days, and long-term, permanent employment.
