Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Materials Testing Technician specializing in Metal Technology to join a team in Oberndorf am Lech, Germany. This role is central to quality assurance, requiring the independent execution of various testing tasks, primarily focused on metallography and general materials analysis. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing samples, conducting Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) such as Magnetic Particle (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and meticulously documenting all results. You will also be responsible for monitoring production processes and creating necessary procedural and testing instructions. The ideal candidate holds completed technical vocational training as a Materials Testing Technician or Metallographer, possesses several years of professional experience in the field, and is proficient in handling both optical and mechanical measuring instruments.
