Job Summary

This role involves overseeing all technical, infrastructural, and commercial aspects of facility management for the "Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets" center in Brehna. The Site Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the technical operational readiness, safety, and maintenance of the entire center building and grounds, focusing on cost efficiency and sustainability. Key tasks include managing budgets for building management, controlling the quality and performance of external service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, maintenance), and driving cost and operational optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a degree or technical qualification, at least two years of professional experience in Facility Management, and strong command of both German and English.
