Job Summary

This multifaceted role at Daimler Truck's new central After-Sales Warehouse in Halberstadt combines IT Operations, Application Management, and Information Security (ISO) responsibilities. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact for IT, business, and external partners, ensuring stable, secure, and compliant operation of IT systems, particularly the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and automated warehouse technology. Day-to-day tasks include managing external maintenance partners, monitoring KPIs/SLAs, coordinating change and incident processes, and driving the strategic development of the system landscape. The role requires strong expertise in IT application operations, information security standards (confidentiality, integrity, availability), and experience in project management and IT governance. You will coordinate system releases, implement IT concepts, and actively advise departments on complex IT solutions, contributing significantly to the efficiency and security of critical logistics processes.
