Job Summary

We are seeking an engaged, dynamic, and flexible System Integration Specialist to join the DSB Data Service for Business GmbH team in Hamburg and Wismar. This role is crucial for maintaining robust IT operations, focusing heavily on providing comprehensive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level IT support for both internal employees and external clients, including extensive on-site field service. Day-to-day tasks involve high-volume ticket processing, installing, configuring, and maintaining diverse client systems (Windows, Linux, iOS, Android), and managing the core IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and mobile devices. You will be responsible for meticulous documentation of the IT environment and support cases, requiring strong organizational skills and clear communication. The ideal candidate holds a qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable experience, possesses expertise in Windows OS, and has initial experience with network administration (LAN, VPN, Firewalls).
