Job Summary
This role seeks an IT Support Specialist to join the 1st Level Helpdesk at a major German commercial law firm in Stuttgart. The specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive telephone and on-site support to all users regarding hardware and software issues. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting, setting up new equipment, assisting with internal moves, preparing IT equipment for events like video conferences, and ensuring all requests are documented accurately according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Candidates must possess a successfully completed IT qualification, professional experience in IT support, and strong technical knowledge of Windows 11 and MS 365, alongside familiarity with corporate networks and VPNs.
