Job Summary

This role involves working as a Service Technician for OPTIMA, a leading global manufacturer of filling and packaging solutions for the Pharma, Consumer, and Food industries. The primary responsibilities include commissioning complex machinery both internally and at customer sites, ensuring the functionality of all electronic components. You will collaborate closely with electrical design teams to troubleshoot technical issues and develop effective solutions. Key tasks also involve inspecting the electrical systems to guarantee safe operation and performing measurements according to VDE guidelines, meticulously documenting all results in inspection reports. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship as an Industrial Electrician or equivalent qualification, proven professional experience, particularly in mechanical engineering, and proficiency in both German and English. Experience with Siemens TIA Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000 is required, along with familiarity with GMP documentation standards.
