Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position seeks a Chemical Laboratory Technician to join an international company's synthesis laboratory in Bomlitz (Walsrode Industrial Park). The role is highly technical, focusing on the preparation, practical execution, evaluation, and meticulous documentation of complex laboratory experiments. Key duties involve the synthesis of anionic, cationic, or non-ionic polysaccharide derivatives, including subsequent characterization and physical post-treatment processes such as agglomeration, drying, and grinding using specialized equipment. A core function is the development and optimization of synthesis processes and application tests, alongside rheological characterization of products. Candidates must have successfully completed training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, possess fundamental knowledge of organic and macromolecular chemistry, and demonstrate practical experience in organic synthesis and handling hazardous substances. Good English skills are beneficial for documentation and experimental planning.
