Job Summary

This role involves providing essential support to the Airframe Engineering management team at Airbus, focusing specifically on resource allocation and competency development. The analyst will be responsible for preparing Monthly Business Review (MBR) reports, tracking recruitment progress alongside HR Business Partners, and conducting critical skills analysis to align workforce capabilities with business strategy. A key function is managing and adapting resource levels to meet Headcount Targets and ensuring the continuous development of employee competencies through training coordination with the Engineering Academy. The position also requires supporting the deployment of the BOM One tool for resource management and ensuring data consistency across finance controllers and other business managers. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration or HR Management, coupled with proven experience in HR and data analysis. Success in this role requires strong project management knowledge, an ability to create detailed dashboards and reports, and fluency in English, utilizing tools like Google Workspace.
