This role involves independently executing all tasks related to ceramic production and development, from initial material weighing and grinding to slip preparations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting various measurements, including grain size, viscosity, and density, and preparing samples for electrical and crystallographic evaluations. A key aspect of the role is process control, where you will determine relevant parameters for manufacturing, meticulously document findings, and serve as a primary contact for both engineering and production teams.
