Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Information Security Manager to strategically lead and implement the organization's holistic information security and data protection strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous development and operational execution of an integrated Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001, including planning and conducting internal and external audits and certification processes. Key daily tasks involve managing the Security Incident process, performing regular risk assessments, and ensuring strict compliance with evolving regulatory requirements such as GDPR and the NIS2 Directive. The role requires a minimum of five years of professional experience in information security, ideally in a leadership capacity, coupled with a relevant IT degree. This position offers the opportunity to shape the security landscape, drive awareness programs through training and workshops, and provide expert consultation on municipal digitalization projects, requiring strong leadership and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
