Job Summary

This Senior Project Manager role involves leading, coordinating, and implementing the program control for complex ETCS (European Train Control System) and DSTW (Digital Signal Box) projects within DB InfraGO AG. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for large, technically challenging projects in command and control technology, holding independent decision-making authority. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical leadership to project engineers and external staff, ensuring project success by strictly adhering to quality, budget, and schedule requirements, and overseeing all phases from planning and procurement through construction, acceptance, and commissioning. The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, coupled with significant professional experience in project management, ideally within rail infrastructure. Strong communication skills, a results-oriented approach, and proven team leadership experience are essential for managing this critical infrastructure rollout.
