Job Summary

You will be responsible for error analysis, troubleshooting, managing asset inventory, and handling employee On- and Offboarding processes. Key technical tasks involve installing various operating systems (Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android) and managing critical data functions like backup, recovery, and encryption, alongside creating essential documentation. Candidates must possess completed IT training or equivalent professional experience in IT support, fluent German and English skills, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, MS Azure, and MS Intune. A Class B driving license is also required for this position, which starts as temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover.
