Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in on-site support at a dedicated service point in Zuffenhausen. The professional will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd Level Support, performing incident resolution, and managing service requests for end-users. Key day-to-day tasks include conducting hardware and software fault analysis and repair, advising users on current IT products, and administering and maintaining end-user devices such as PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The ideal candidate must possess experience with ticketing systems, expertise in Windows, iOS, and macOS operating systems, and familiarity with standard applications like Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
