Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Instrumentation and Control Electrician to handle the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of critical electrical equipment and existing plant systems in Wilhelmshaven. Key daily responsibilities include supporting low-voltage and medium-voltage switchgear, distribution systems, and associated control and drive technology. You will be responsible for executing and coordinating mandatory testing of fixed and portable operating equipment in accordance with German safety regulations (BetrSichV and DGUV). The position also involves coordinating and overseeing external services and procurement of materials for maintenance. Candidates must have a completed qualification as an Electrician for Operational Technology or equivalent, along with relevant professional experience, ideally within the refinery or tank terminal industry. Expertise in handling electrical equipment in explosive areas is crucial. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring participation in on-call duty.
